After a few announcements, (the 4th Panhandle Podcast Meet Up on Aug. 13 and The Koben Puckett Invitational on Aug 4th) this ramble got into stressors, a tumble weed lifestyle, and my prefabricated childhood.

#028 PPP- Ramble- New House Podcast

Bit of a life update, we bought a new house! The process of moving has occupied most of my free time, and sadly my website and podcast got pushed to the back burner. We are now settling in, and I hope to get back on a more regular schedule. In this episode, I give a life update, define myself as a non-fundamentalist, and discuss the impact on the art you "choose" to consume.

#026 PPP- Ramble- Take 2

This episode is the first of season 2 and marks the start of a new phase of The Panhandle Primate Podcast. I had a great time with season 1 and learned a lot through the process. In this episode, I talk a little bit about what I have learned so far, what it means to rethink investing, and the interconnected nature of death and beauty. There are some literal squirrel chasing moments in this one so buckle up.

I have been friends with Brandon Long for the past 10 years. Conversation has always been easy between us so it is no surprise that this podcast zigs and zags from old church relationships to the podcasts that appeal to us and why. La Bella Pizza, which Brandon owns, is donating the pizza for the upcoming Panhandle Podcast Meet Up March 24 at the Amarillo Art Institute. #020 PPP- Gunner Widowski

Gunner Widowski is a freelance photographer living and operating out of Amarillo, Tx. I first came across Gunner when he moved in down the street from my house. Around the same time that he moved into my neighborhood, his pictures started to creep into my instagram feed. In this interview, we cover how he got into photography, what makes Amarillo unique, and how intention can change a culture. I am hoping that this is the first of many appearances on the podcast.

Hayden Pedigo is a Amarillo local who has been making some waves in the music scene since he was in high school. His most recent album Greeting from Amarillo is on Spotify and available on iTunes. We talked about everything from musical influences, creating landscapes with sound, and the deeper side of nickelodeon. #015 PPP- Blake Beilue

Blake is a friend from high school and was one of my earliest climbing partners. I caught up with him a bit on his recent trip home from Denver for Christmas. We talk about climbing stories, Terence Mckenna, Blake's new job, and as always there are several tangents and digressions that cover a variety of topics. I hope you enjoy this conversation with one of my old friends as much as I did.
